Visit from the Fire Department

Photo for Visit from the Fire Department

Wetzel County, WV - The Magnolia Head Start classroom had a planned visit from the fire department today, but the fire crew got called out on an emergency! We appreciate them so much and they are rescheduling for another time! And just like that, another first responder stepped in to fill those boots.....the Magnolia High School Resource Officer, Officer Owens, provided a quick presentation of his cruiser. He showed off the lights, sirens, and loudspeaker. Officer Owens further talked with the children about good behavior, and how he would come back next week to let each child turn on the lights and sirens. Parents will be invited back for this activity as well.

To learn more about enrollment at the Magnolia High School Head Start Center, please reach out to the office and ask for the Head Start room, 304-455-1990.
