The Board of Directors and Policy Council would like to share in the announcement of our agency's new Executive Director.

Jackie Bell has over 17 years of experience in Head Start/Early Head Start, including holding positions as a Head Start Teacher, Early Head Start home visitor, Family Service Worker, ERESA Specialist, Early Head Start Manager, and Assistant Director. Jackie is a 2001 graduate of Muskingum University where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education and a 2009 graduate of California University of Pennsylvania, where she earned a Master of Education degree. Her vision of the agency is to grow our quality workforce and enhance our relationships with our community partners and county school districts in order to provide Head Start services to as many families and children as possible.
Jackie has been married for 21 years to her college sweetheart and they reside in Barnesville, OH. Together they have built a beautiful family that includes two children, son, Cooper, 17, senior at Barnesville High School and daughter, Payton, 14, freshman. The highlight of every week is cheering on both kids in their sporting events. When they are not at a sporting event, she enjoys playing Pickleball and having quiet time at home with her family.

Welcome Jackie Bell, Executive Director !
